Introduction

FlexyB Solutions digital gift cards can be purchased online or at a FlexyB interactive kiosk. After purchase, the cardholder receives a secure link via SMS or email that allows them to claim their cards and associate them with their FlexyB account. Once the cards are claimed and linked to the account, they can then be sent to someone else securely.

Receiving the Secure Link

After an Online or Kiosk Purchase

Once a purchase is completed, a secure SMS is automatically sent to the phone number provided during the transaction. This message contains a unique link leading to the FlexyB web application.

How to Claim Your Cards

1. Click or tap the link received via SMS.

2. Log in to your FlexyB account (or create a new one).

3. The purchased gift cards will appear in your account once claimed.

4. You can now view, activate, or transfer the cards to someone else.
    

Sending a Digital Gift Card to Someone

Once your gift cards are claimed and linked to your FlexyB account, you can send them to another person via email, SMS, or QR code. The transfer is secure, fast, and customizable.

Steps to Send Open the FlexyB web application and access your gift cards (https://app.flexybsolutions.com). Select the card you want to send. Tap "Send to someone else". Choose the delivery method: By email By SMS By QR code

Send by Email

1. Enter the recipient's email address.

2. Select the delivery language (English or French).

3. Set a security question and answer — the recipient must answer correctly to claim the card.

4. Choose the delivery time:

   • Immediate, or

   • Scheduled for a future date and time.

5. Add a personal message (optional).

6. Tap Send.

Send by SMS

1. Enter the recipient's mobile phone number.

2. Select the delivery language.

3. Set a security question and answer.

4. Choose Immediate or Scheduled delivery.

5. Add a personal message if desired.

6. Tap Send.

Send Using a QR Code

The "Scan QR Code" option allows you to transfer a gift card in person securely and instantly.

How It Works

1. Select "Scan QR Code" to generate a unique QR code linked to the gift card.

2. The QR code will display on your mobile device.

3. The recipient scans the code with their device to claim the card in their FlexyB account.

Important: A gift card transferred via QR code cannot be refunded. For security reasons, this transfer is recommended in person only.

Security and Privacy

• Each link and QR code is unique, encrypted, and temporary.

• Once claimed, the card is permanently linked to the recipient's FlexyB account.

• All transfers are logged to ensure full traceability and security.
